Burnout-ready patterns
Castable resin is designed for lost-wax casting: it burns out of the investment mould cleanly, like a carved wax. Send your caster's burnout schedule with your upload so we can flag anything that needs attention.
Quoted, not flat-priced
Castable resin costs considerably more than standard resin, and jewellery pieces vary widely. Every castable request is reviewed and priced individually in a no-obligation quote — no payment is taken to ask.
Every print is washed and UV cured. We supply the printed pattern only; casting, finishing and hallmarking stay with your workshop. Your file review confirms the total, including delivery, before you accept and pay.

Printed at 16K on the Saturn 4 Ultra, washed in IPA and fully UV cured.

Carefully packed and shipped to your door, ready to use, paint or show off.
Before you upload
Give your design a good start
- Files: STL, OBJ or 3MF meshes, or a compatible pre-sliced GOO file. Up to 200 MB per file; GOO files need manual review.
- Size: export at real-world scale in millimetres and include ring sizes or final dimensions, plus any shrinkage allowance agreed with your caster.
- Geometry: use a watertight mesh. Thin prongs, fine filigree and hollow sections need suitable wall thickness and drainage; upload checks are preliminary and do not guarantee printability.
- Casting notes: include your caster's investment and burnout requirements, and tell us where sprues should go if you have a preference.

Before your next pour
What is castable resin?
Castable resin is formulated to burn out cleanly during lost-wax casting, leaving little to no ash or residue in the investment mould. Your caster uses the printed pattern exactly like a hand-carved wax.
Do you cast the metal as well?
No. We print the castable resin pattern only; casting, finishing and hallmarking are done by your chosen caster or workshop. If you do not have a caster, tell us in your enquiry and we can discuss options.
How is castable resin priced?
Castable resin is quoted individually rather than at a fixed per-model price, because burnout-safe resin costs considerably more and jewellery pieces vary widely in size and complexity. Request a no-obligation quote — no payment is taken to ask.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ or 3MF meshes, or a compatible pre-sliced GOO file, up to 200 MB per file. Export at real-world scale in millimetres and include the ring size or final dimensions you need.
Will the pattern survive burnout?
The pattern is consumed by design. What matters is a clean burnout, which depends on your caster's investment and burnout schedule. Share your caster's requirements with your upload and we will flag anything that needs attention.
Do you ship jewellery patterns worldwide?
Yes. We ship globally, including the UK and Europe. Delivery is charged once per order and itemised in your quote, and your estimated dispatch date is confirmed after file review.
